I'm assuming some of you are familiar with tmuscle and have seen the program. What do you think about it? The concept of it makes sense. If you haven't tried the program, don't bother putting your input in.

So far, I'm currently on the last day of the first phase. Phase 1, is focusing on shoulders. It's program promises radical hypertrophy. Honestly, I will say after week one my shoulders seem/feel stronger not to mention better looking. It could be psychological (probably half) or this program could deliver well. The program is 10 weeks long and is supposed to drastically change your physique. I will continue with the program and this journey does look promising.

Well if I don't no one wil
It is overcomplicated and dosn't allow enough rest, it won't take long to lead to overtraining. There isn't a single training day in Phase 1 that you don't use your triceps. I'm not even going to bother reading any more of the program, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone for any reason.

The program is all about auto-regulation and the perfect rep. You have to know what weight and when to use it. I feel fine, not even close to "burned out". Actually the concept of keeping your nervous system activated through the whole workout leaves me not even wanting to leave the gym. Maybe it's too much to handle for you old guys, but anyone looking to change it up a little, I suggest you give it a try.

And it's only too complicated if you don't know how to jot it down on a sticky note and put in your pocket. Hell, after I write it down it's actually quite simple to remember.

Thanks for your well researched input.

Oh, you bodybuilders and your perfect reps
I didn't say it was too complitcated to figure out, I said it is overcomplicated. There are more movements than necesary. And according it dosn't work if you don't buy the Anaconda Protocal supplements.

What is so over-complicated about super-setting or a giant set less than a hands worth of fingers? Hmm 1,2,3,4,5 maybe 6 if your awesome.

And unnecessary movements? Military, Incline, Front & Lateral raises, Leg press, Chin-ups, and Deadlifts are pretty much the staple of being "swoll".

Thanks again for your tested input.

Oh my mistake...the anaconda protocol.

Yes I agree the claims they make about this is over the top, but if you look into it all it basically consists of is BCAA's and more or less "no-explode".

Quit wasting your time on here, you're only getting older! Try it for 5 sessions, you have nothing to lose! Or maybe you do...

Wow, whats with all the hostility. Its a training program, don't take it so personally. I wouldn't be convinced it works after one week. Go through the whole program then let us know what you think.

I agree one week is definitely not enough time to give this program credit or not..that's why I said this journey looks promising. Will post measurements and gains shortly to show credibility.

I think he is a personal trainer, so at least he is showing interest in trying something new, a lot of trainers get stuck in one routine and never change. And its gettin a lot harder to distinguish between good info on the web and BS. I saw a video the other day of a guy saying how squats were the worst excercise ever invented, and how he never had his athletes use them because it didn't resemble an athletic movement. Which is funny because Michael Johson and Usain Bolt both squat! TNation used to have some respectable info, but latly it seems like your reading a biotest ad. And I'm sure that all of us had our Muscle & Fitness and Muscletech days.

HAHA...well I don't believe that any exercise is going to change that they're both phenomenol athletes, squats most likely helping them out greatly no doubt. Muscle & Fitness..No. When I have the time, (shitter) I'm more of a FLEX guy. And for muscletech, I think the last product of their's I used was MASS-TECH, which I got for $20...not bad for 1080 calories a shake...Well at least for me. I like Smartgainer by IDS probably the best. Like I said before, I talked this program up quite a bit and here are the resutls. And sorry for no before and after pics, I think the numbers speak for themselves.
(No wraps,straps, suits, or hooks.)
Supplements: IDS Smartgainer, ZMA, Vit. D-3, Flaxeed oil, coffee, NO PH'S or JUICE

As of right now (3-30-10)..6'2, 190 lbs., roughly 6.5% BodyFat, Knee dislocation/surgery, Shoulder dislocation/torn labrum (no surgery....yet)

Start
Bench: 250lbs.
Squat: 405lbs.
DL:415lbs.
Military:205lbs.

After 8 weeks
Bench: 325lbs.
Squat: 495 lbs.
DL: 455lbs.
Military: 245 lbs.

I see you made some progress in strength, what were your begining and ending circumference/weight measurements? How did the workouts feel at week 8? My biggest issue with the setup was the lack of break from tricep oriented movements.

Ya know...I made the mistake of not taking before/after pictures and measuring. Although, I can tell you that my overall bodyweight didn't go up but maybe 2-3 lbs. My clothes fit alot better haha! After week 8 I felt great, I seemed to always feel pumped. (Probably due to a billion carbs and constant lifting). The only tricep issue is had wasn't really a tricep issue at all, it was my wrists that were feeling the damage. Not due to sloppy form but just constant heavy workloads. Throughout the whole program, my body recovered quite quickly, the only thing that stayed sore was my traps. Overall this program has given me more strength than size, but we all know what strength is used for. I would recommend this program to any individual who's strength has come to a hault.

Yeah, their "radical hypertrophy" claim seemed pretty exagerated. The bases of the program kind of reminds me of the practice of using "speed days", where you focus more on moving the weight explosively.
